Donors to get tee-shirts at May 14 blood drive sponsored by St. Joseph's at Breese Legion

St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, at the Breese American Legion, 575 N. Main St., Breese.

Participants will receive tee-shirts.

Those donating must be at least 17 years old, or 16 years old with a signed American Red Cross Parental Consent Form, weigh 110 pounds or more and be in good general health. There is no upper age limit for donors in good health with no restrictions or limitations. Donors with chronic conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure must have that condition controlled.

Donors can give every 56 days or eight weeks. For the May 14 drive, participants must have donated on or prior to March 19 to give again.
