The St. Joseph’s HealthPlex provides state-of-the-art equipment, medically-based fitness training and wellness education to the community. This facility enables all ages to live healthier lifestyles, prevent injury and disease and actively participate in the treatment of his or her acute and/or chronic health issues.

The HealthPlex is just north of the existing hospital on Jamestown Road. The entrance is directly off Jamestown Road (Walnut Street), a parking lot is at the west side entrance and a drop-off circle with a covered walkway is at the front of the 26,000-square-foot facility. Depending on the individual medical situation, those interested may or may not need clearance from his or her physician however a pre-scheduled facility orientation must be completed before the start of the Challenge.
